Fireworks are legal at New Years and 4th of July in the City of MJ. They are illegal on all other days. Most people who buy them and shoot them off do so on just those days, the pyro's who go out for a week straight and shoot them off before and after those two specified days, are the ones in violation. At least that is what a cop told me a few years back.
