I have a trusting personality, so forgive me, but when I see statements like "No New Taxes", "as long as HOA dues are not effected.", "to build WITHOUT increasing our annual dues.", and "without any impact to HOA dues" (all quotes from HOA board members), I assume that HOA dues would not be raised for such a frivolty.
