I am not in favor of increasing the HOA dues. I am in favor of researching options available to assist us in finding out what costs would be, how we can fund a project without increasing dues, and using existing funds. I am in favor of this research as long as it is done right, and we bring added value to our homes as well as increased attraction to help bring in new residents. I believe in the Covenants, it states the HOA board can raise the dues by 8%, but I'd have to go look to be 100% sure. I have no intention on voting to increase them, and there are no plans that I am aware of to propose an increase. If it comes up - I will post it here. Feel free to e-mail me if you have questions that you don't necessarily want to post here. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
