 Actually - the last survey done was 2:1 in favor of a facility as long as dues do not increase. Just to clarify.
I also am not in favor of proposing anything that will raise overall home owner association dues. I think if we budget - there may be a way to build a facility that Home Owners can use if they choose, without a HOA increase. If it increases marketability of Willoughby Station - I am in favor of looking into options.
