Bob Freeman is up early and has spent vacation days making sure that the common area is in good shape. I have seen him out there picking up trash and digging out shrubs many many times.

Joe Valencic is there more than his own house.

Dario has spent more time cleaning the graveyard up than some of the residents in the graveyard!

Not to leave anyone out, but I have seen those three out working so many times, and they are volunteers. THAT IS AS CONSERVATIVE AS IT GETS!
