Don't forget the 6,737.89 spent on security cameras. This was spent in hopes to avoid\replace the police\security coverage. We were trying to come up with a long term solution to avoid the $4,000 - $6,0000 a year expense of hiring MJPD to watch the park. The HOA board is actually very conservative in expenditures, even though it may not look that way at times. Bob Freeman is very good at helping to control expenses and encouraging the board to carefully consider ROI for everything we do.
