I think stickers are a great idea! We talked a little about it last HOA meeting too.
Here is where I see an opportunity: How do we enforce access to stickers only? Do we hire a police officer all the time to enforce it? That's the hurdle I hear about all the time.
We have talked about putting up a gate, and closing it at a certain time. But how would we manage access with stickers?

Any thoughts?

Also - HOA is next week (7/17 - also my BD) - I will take any suggestions with me.
