We've always been told by the MJPD or anyone else we hired to patrol the area that there is no clear way to know if someone shouldn't be there. The stickers/decals give them that clear way to know. It also gives anyone the opportunity to mention to the person that this area is for WS residents only and that they will need to leave or be charged with Criminal tresspassing. Not that I advise anyone to confront the visitors, but it's been done and at least now there would be proof that they can't be there.
