There are many many more than just 15 homes who want the hoops removed. It's not fair that we pay dues and cannot use the area for our children because of the bad element. It's also not fair to those who live next to the common area to deal with that. I don't live near the common area but ended up having a 2 year old who wouldn't go anywhere near a swingset for half a year due to the actions of teens in the area. Of course, those teens live here and we should be able to ban them as well.
