Greg, unlike you, I do not have time for romantic dinners, not even in my dreams. But it is O.K. by me for you to call your fellow Orchard supporters liars. For your info, I did not make up these conversations, nor was I the only one conducting them. They also took place in several ridings.
As for Mr. Orchard's policies, let me remind both of you that we are in the year 2003! It is O.K. to look back to the past for a political party's roots and values. But politics like policies are living things. They are shaped by the current circumstances and needs of the people of a respective country and should also encompass the future well being of a country. The fact that our current government waited a whole week to react to 9/11, will continues to cost us dearly. Any leader of a political party who does not understand this, becomes irrelevant to the political process.
