I have replaced my original posting with this modified one.

Apparently my preemptive response to flames that had not yet occured was inappropriate as it led some to come to the conclusion that this post as previously written was just a continuation of the previous "tirades" posted here.  THAT WAS NOT MY INTENTION - THIS IS AN ENTIRELY NEW "TIRADE" - This particular "TIRADE" or rant was and is meant to express my viewpoint which is obviously contemptious of the current administration and the fanatical right wing of the Republican Party.  That post is a political statement by me and has nothing whatsoever to do with any of the previous argumentative behavior posted here recently.

I created the graphic in the belief that the country may definitely be heading in a direction where constitutional and time honored freedoms and guarantees are being trampled on.

My belief is that an individual who truly believes in their country and it's standards must speak up when he or she feels those currently in power are attempting to usurp the rights of the citizens - or even a small minority of the countries citizens.  Once again the congress of the United States fails to live up to their constitutional obligation to DECLARE WAR if they so believe it is justified and once again has allowed the executive branch to proceed with a large scale WAR without a DECLARATION.  There is no justification whatsoever to use this UNDECLARED WAR against terrorism or Iraq to trample the constitution.  To do so would mean that all who went before and died to establish and protect this country would have done so in vain.  To NOT be critical of one's country when it acts illegally or in a morally reprehensible way is to be truly UNPATRIOTIC.

One does not have to be or have been in harms way in the service of their country to speak out. Although this duck had a serial number beginning with the letters "RA" around the same time (a bit before) dubya was using his daddy's string pulling abilities to get to the head of the line so that he could get a serial number that began with "NG", and when that was accomplished he again utilized various unseemly methods to be "AWOL" for over a year of his required service. Others who did that were immediately put on active duty and the majority of them ended up in the jungles of Nam - not dubya - his failure to fulfill his military obligation was conveniently overlooked.

IMHO he was a coward then and he is a coward now! All the photo op's of landing on aircraft carriers in full flight uniform will not change that.  Some poor slob ended up going to Nam in his place - doing the job that dubya would have had to do if he had been just another enlistee and didn't have the string pulling ability that the Bush clan had in Texas. Only the politically connected were allowed to be sent to the front of the line so that they were allowed to join an "ELITE" Texas Air NG unit before they received the INFAMOUS GREETINGS from their draft boards.  Only the elite of the elite could get away with not showing up for over a years worth of meetings and 2 week to 30 day active duty training sessions without repercussion. I wonder sometimes if the individual who had to pull dubya's weight in that war came back home in one piece. Many of my friends didn't.

Enough...my post is indicative of my belief that the Conservative Republicans are doing their utmost to establish fascism within the United States. They would LOVE to have a single party system as long as it is their party in charge and were able to impose their fundamentalist interpretation of Christianity on all of America by making certain aspects of it the Law of the Land.  Should that occur - this Duck will definitely LEAVE IT - there certainly would be no justification to LOVE IT at that point.
