-=[ Verily, as it may, and as it had for centuries on end without respite, the anomaly tread the ground. Slowly, one must observe, for haste was not a snippet of code inserted into its unquestionably infinite strands of genetic makeup. Waves of velvet tumbled from it's slender silhouette, conforming to and stowing away from sight those properties which might seem, to some, evidence of some sort of femininity to be salvaged from it's emaciated personage.
A cool, careful eye was turned over a charred and barren dreamscape, host to its plethora of grotesque little nickets and squiggles. The remains of creatures dead a long time since pushed upwards from the ground in still repose, or was it, perhaps, nothing more than the stark limbs of a fallen and decaying ash? And who could say, that would bother to bend and observe? Not Wednesday. Not today.
A wisk of air expelled itself from the creature's lungs, mingling with a dead-ended breeze that would have more likely been the great exhale of a gargantuine beast than a thing of comfort in this place. Lavender and ebon strands lifted from its face, exposing for a moment the coiling tribal finger that clutched at the flesh, most naturally. 'Twas hidden again, whence the tender head of hair settled to its shoulders and face once more. Lace-intermingled velvet caught at the bumps and snags of the ground on which it walked, but Wednesday paid the attire no mind. It did not disturb it's grace, which could be summed up in two words: indescribably majestic.
And why did it walk, one must bring oneself to ask? Did it have some purpose here, some point? Some method, some inkling of the place in which it had rooted itself, lolling across a scenery such as this? In truth, the logic of it all should seem frustratingly...illogical. Nevertheless, it walks. Somber and silent, just another one, dead on it's feet. Or was it?]=-
