I have no ideas on who's responsible for the snipings. If it's terrorist related, no one's jumping forward to claim responsibility, which isn't "normal" for terrorists.

If I were going to guess, I'd say it's someone young, early 20's. Has fantasies of being either in law enforcement or the military, but for some reason can't get in. Has devoted years learning marksmanship and tactics, and has recently suffered some sort of psychotic break (possibly along the lines of "they think I'm not good enough to be one of them? I'll show them how good I am!")Probably a police wannabe, since the victims are all extremely normal civilians, all doing normal day to day things, shopping, pumping gas etc. A military reject would probably be choosing people that are somehow more military related than these people were.

Guess I actuall DO have an idea about who's responsible, huh? LOL
