If you are craving something, make sure you eat it. Your system is lacking some type vitamin and the food you crave has it. I just finished eating my stuffed peppers, man it was good. Hope you liked yours also. Now I'll go and see what vitamins it has..Now I am eating some grapes. So is my dog Lucky. He also ate Bell peppers.Spoiled brat he is..LOL

I've read that if a young child is left to his own devices, he'll 'graze' from a variety of foods and end up eating a balanced diet on his own. I'm still wondering what is the magic ingredient in chocolate that makes me crave it every month. For real food, what I crave the most is red meat and vegetables. I don't eat a lot of starches.
