After almost 2 hours on the phone to my server people, nothing accomplished. I decided I would download Netscape and see if it had the same damn problem. Low and behold, speed like you wouldn't believe. It is absolutely amazing. Maybe it is something screwy with IE???? Thanks for the info on Prodigy, may still need it....

And people are always knocking Hotmail, but I have had good luck with it and I see other people bitch about their email provider..Been with hotmail for over 6 years now...
