HA! I read practice starts before the Outlaw race on the 29th at freakin' 3!!! LOL!!! What a joke. Let's turn the track into a dustbowl before we start the heats. My God. Anyone ever heard of wearing out the track? I already know of a few racers who had planned on going until they heard what time practice started at, and decided they didn't want to waste their time and money anymore. Wayne City knows what they're doin' gettin' hot laps started at 7. I mean seriously, what's the reasoning behind the early practice time?
