Joe,

First of all let me clarify. I'm assuming that this original post was written by Mr. McDaniel the driver of the car. He was a bit irritated by the situation. Let me also clarify that it was not him who asked you, "Is there a problem" it was me, the builder of the car. I can assure when the car was built it WAS built to the rules. I find it funny after 3/4 of a season of no complaints that there indeed IS a problem with the car. Please explain to me want body encasement is and some dimensions of such, so I can correct the problem. Your statement was as I asked you if I needed to correct something, "Its not a problem tonight, but might be tomorrow night" as Donny Marks can attest to. Currently there is a car in Oklahoma which has as much or more bodywork, HAS HE BEEN CALLED ILLEGAL? The encasement that you question IS NOT cockpit encasement. The car has no more cockpit encasement than half of the cars running this year. There is extra fiberglass behind the cockpit area, just as the Oklahoma car I have mentioned. Please give me a maximum square foot measurement to use in modifying my molds please.
Secondly, If the phrase "Is there is a problem?" a bad way to ask, I suggest you tell me a better way to ask next time. Just a word of advise, next time you come down a take a look at a car that is supposedly illegal, please let me know what's illegal and measurements so the problem can be corrected. Thanks a bunch

Brycker Sprague
