I think your aunt was behaving rather responsibly to schedule a physical examination for you as you were still in your adolescence and needed to be examined continuously. It was also her responsibility to oversee the examination and address health concerns.
As a women your aunt was naturally curious to see your physical development and be explained in detail the stage of your riping. I think you should be thankful that she took such an interest in your well being and continued the necessary examinations of your genital area.
