其實呢,我地首先要知道,老師既最大任務係教授知識予學生,所以如蔡師兄所講-->出黎既效果先係最重要既....而我之前亦提過一點:熱誠係效率既推動力,如果一個老師連教學熱誠都無,我想問下何來效率可言????而當一個老師空有一番熱誠而係教學成效方面建樹不大,那麼.....他那熱誠對於學生有何大益處呢??
