Subject: my trip in 205 shackleton 1961

ex army 24hrs notice we fly in a shackleton mk i we left changi for raf butterworth.to refuel then on to gan i found the flight exciting with a kiwi crew.we land a gan ,then off to mazirah then to bahrien it took us 2 days but what an exsperience the advance party were ahead in a hastings but on landing a butterworth they lost a tail wheel they eventualy landed a few hours later at bahrein,
