Tricia, are you using Premium's sable primer brush or the brush in the cap? Do you run the brush around the inside rim of the bottle or lightly tap on a towel? I used Premium for 4 yrs and never had any complaints of burning. If you are still having problems you can use a Bondex type product and have very good success with it.
