Subject: salon success competition

Hi Barb,
I need help I am in salon success div II(for "newbies")I have read you material on "Comp" Nails and got a lot of great info but my question is since this comp is for nails as you would do in the salon and not a "competition nail" should the tip be refined for a dramatic smile line. I understand if you do a "tradition comp nail" you will be disqualified. I am going to use TT whitest white pre etched tips and have been practicing and practicing but do not feel confident that all 10 nails will be consistant and that I will have the time to do this at comp. If I do need to refine can you give me some tips and do you know if I can refine tips before comp, I have had trouble getting rules from my rep. and am starting worried!!!I do not want to break ANY rules but I do want to take every advantage I can before that clock starts....
Thanks
Jodi
