I put the chicken on the cutting board, chopped off the pieces. It smelled like that little polish place I get Kielbassa from -they smoke everything there- I guess it's the hickory. WOW WEE! Like the song says: "And I saw it there (the chicken) and I'm a believer". Best chicken I've ever had! Tommorow, ribs.
Any comments on the marinade?
