G'day from australia.Found the website this morning and decided to say hello, "Q" here in OZ is different to nrth america/Canada, only know of one other guy cooking/smoking low and slow in OZ and we email each other now and then regards "Q"ing, he has a big double cooker he built and I am in the process of building a Pit, been using a Weber to date.
