afternoon Peter. its very possible to get AAA beef that is not from a Certified Angus Beef (CAB) we can ask or order CAB but not sure thats what we always get.

the supplier that i use tells me its graded AAA-AAA, AAA-AA and so on down the line. he showed me both but i could see very little difference. for the .65/lb difference in price i still use AAA-AAA.
