morning guys. Peter don't think anyone in Canada carries TQ. if you don't have or can't get any use 8 tablespoons of Prague Powder, 3 cups coarse salt, and 3 cups brown sugar for every 6 qts of water along with the spice mix you like.
i have found the TQ not quite as salty as the above mix so you may have to soak more in fresh water after the cure is done. you can also remove the salt content by cooking in water at a simmer.

i will watch the board today just in case you need help.
