Hey Reg, the packer cuts I get are vacuum bagged 2 to a bag, 3 bags to a box for about 60 lbs a box. The points are well trimmed but they leave 1/4" or so of fat for basting. They are also 2 to a bag and 2 or 3 bags to a box. Each bag is around 15 lb. Better Beef has treated me well over the summer, sure hpoe they remember me come spring. I phone an order in and pick up at the factory 2 days later.

I've never seen points retail. How do you talk your butcher into bringing them in? Very few around here even know what brisket is unless they are old enough to remember the depression.

Maybe we could arrange a club purchase some time. That would at least be a reason to get together.

Peter
