just noticed this morning that A&P has a sale on fresh pork legs starting tomorrow, $.99/lb. sounds to me like curing some ham's will be in order. i'm off this afternoon so i will start making the brine and prep for tomorrow. more than likely do at least three 10 pound shank portions.
