Barry, we need some answers first
1)how will you be cooking-spit-open flame-laying flat on it's back?
2) what time do you want it to be ready by?
3) are you going to leave the chest cavity open or sew it closed?
4) gas or charcoal
Anything else you can think of to give us some idea.
Like Reg menioned, how large,you said 70lbs i guess this is after it has been cleaned?
