i must agree with the Qfan, it was a fun weekend with great weather and many good friends to cook and tip a few brews with. it was nice to finally meet Smokin Jim in person. another of the highlites was to see BBBrowns cooker in action, GREAT job Bryan. the comp site was right down town, lots of security and the organizers could not do enough for the cooks, thanks to all worked so hard to please everyone. also congrats go out to all the teams who worked so hard to turn in the best Q possible. now as far as the judging went................. i'm not impressed.
