Hey Reg
I had a beer with a buddy of mine last week. He introduced me to a butcher friend of his who did up a rolled boneless blade roast about 6 lbs. It's sure looking good. Went on an hour ago. Not your traditional Q cut but should work out OK.
Sounds like you are going to be busy today. What do you use to season the goose?
