Hiya Peter, I just got home with a rack of St Louis Style Ribs and a batch of fresh chicken wings,..

Gonna rub up the ribs, smoke em over apple and pecan at 250º for a few hours and deep fry the wings, wash it down with a nice fresh salad and home brew..
