ahhhhhhhhh, Maple Leaf Prime.....


I have three fresh skinless boneless Maple Leaf Prime chicken breasts waiting to be cut into strips and stir fried with onions, green and yellow peppers, curry paste(the good stuff from the punjab store), all warmed and blanketed up in soft tortilla wraps...

Chicken fajitas on the menu tonight.....I haven`t done them for a while and I`m drooling think'n bout them...

All that washed down with ice cold beer....
