Subject: Buffalo wings

It's minus 0 outside. Winter has finally arrived. LOL
I'm treating the family to buffalo wings tonight and I'm gonna try that celeri and garlic salt thing (garlic this time not onion...) Reg has talked about in an earlier post. I only bought a dozen wings but you should see the size of those suckers! I had the butcher split them in 3, keeping the tips in the freezer for when I make chicken stock. Each piece must be about 4-5 inches long with lots of meat on it and I now have 24 of these. I can't believe it. With wings this size I'm sure buffalos could fly. Can't wait to sink my teeth into those Flinstones.
