Hi Stu

The new pit is terrific. I just wish the weather would give us a break so I could use it more. I find the wind and cold are both problems. A little north wind on the upright will drop the temp 40* in no time.
We chatted a bit about the grate in the firebox. I'm having some mods made to close up the gaps between the bars to stop the large embers from falling through.
I've cooked everything so far except brisket but that's on the list for this weekend.
Stu, we are certainly looking forward to the Paul Kirk class in May. Should be a good time.
