Subject: anyone making

anything special for Christmas dinner(s) ? made a brine yesterday and will be doing a turkey for our thursday evening "meeting" at the boat club . we all meet with Molson's , Labatts , and some guys even meet with Jack . think i'll smoke some eggs to go along with it . anybody else going to prep something out of the ordinary for their Christmas fare ?
