I've had that happen to me when I cooked the turkey on thanksgiving. It was raining, windy and really cold. And, you know, cooking turkey demands higher temp. I thought it was ironic that in the summer I sometimes struggle to keep the temp down and when I needed the heat, I had to fight hard to get it up there. My next buy may be an egg. Looks like the walls are a lot thicker which, I would think, would mean that whether it's 100 degrees outside or minus 30 it shouldn't make much difference.
