Subject: where to buy a smoker?

We have recently been introduced to the marvelous food created on a smoker. We are very interested in purchasing a inexpensive model to get started. Our friends in the U.S said that smokers are normally $50-$80 and available everywhere. We have been searching throughout eastern ontario with no success. The only model when can locate is a weber at $800.00. WOW. If you have any advise on where to locate a resonably priced model I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. David
