I imagine that beer commercial where the two guys look each other in the eye and then go on the big competition for the last chop...LOL Damn tough having a growing lad like you do across the table, eh? The black olive tapenade in the pork roast was great!! Denise was leary given that she liked the roast simply smoked over pecan, but the tapenade was a great mix inside the loin roast! Try it sometime! Used smoked kalamatas, pureed with garlic, pepper, olive oil and oregano. Generally too classy for me, but sometimes I kick up a notch on the cultural food chain!
