Subject: Full of Baloney!!

Have heard folks talk about smoking baloney (balogna? Whatever!) on their cookers. Did a chub of it the other night, rubbing it down with that Head Country rub I picked up in Tennessee and then smoking in V-rack over cherry and pecan (hickory was 1st choice, but I'm out!). Turned after an hour, then sliced thick and grilled about 5 pieces. Damn fine for 3.49 a chub at No Frills! Dad stopped in for lunch and I fried him up 3-4 pieces. He says, 'this is better than the baloney I know!' If you're on a tight budget like we are at Qfan Ranch, this is something you might wanna try!
