G'Day Reg,

Glad that the brisket is going good for ya. Did you rub it down before smoking, and what wood are you using ?

I was mentioning your first foray into the brisket world to my wife, and she felt that you shouldn't be the only one cooking one this weekend. She pointed out a couple of smaller ones at the local Costco, and really twisted my arm to buy one. (LOL !!) I guess that I'll prep it tonight for a date tomorrow with some apple-wood. Better stop by the store for some coolies to pass the time also.

I don't know, but beer, brisket, and football sounds like a recipe for disaster.
