Hiya Reg, have you been to Chris A`s WSM site yet?

It`s a great site for WSM users....there are recipes/techniques as well as step by step pictures ALL pertaining to the WSM.....it really is a good source of information..

I think that most of the WSM users use briquettes, not lump..(not to say you can`t use it)

I would think that lump would be a tad hard to control the heat wouldn`t it Reg, did you find the cooker hard to keep the temp down?

I don`t know, I have only used a WSM a couple of times and I used briquettes both times.......

Roger
