Learning a foreign language when you have dyslexia is very challenging. Dyslexia is not simply an "reading difficulty". Dyslexia is a language processing disability. http://www.interdys.org/servlet/compose?section_id=5&page_id=95
Dyslexia occurs with every language in the world. Here are some references on dyslexia and learning a foreign language.

Since you have tried so many different foreign languages, proposed to your college that you take some alternative courses to meet the foreign-language requirement. For example, history of France and literature of France. These sort of accommodations occur in American universities.

If I were to tackle a foreign language, I would definitely use text-to-speech in learning a foreign language. For example, you can get Spanish, French or German voices from www.nextup.com

A great tool from Premier Assistive is called Universal Reader with integrated translator. You can translate back and forth between English and Spanish, French or German and read in both languages. The cost of the software is $80 (US). http://www.readingmadeez.com/UniversalReaderIGT.php
