Dear Ginny, I can relate as a dyslexic person. When I
was your age ever thing at school was a big deal. I oftern
believed I was failing when my grades would be mailed home
I had a GPA of 3.2 for the semester I felt I would fail.
I remember my brother "asking how could you be so off"?
My word smart brother. The same brother who does not
understand his oldest son who like me has an auditory prosesing problem. Ten years ago I would attempt to talk
to my brother about his oldest son. With age comes wisdom
now I just listen they are talking. Anyway try books on tape in the language you wish to learn. or try finding a tutor who can read with you and to you. Hearing things helps me but it may or may not help you. Thanks Joanne
