How do you plan a full day to learn? How long do you learn before taking a break? When do you sport?

e.g.

7.45 get up
8.45-9.25 learn 45'
9.25-9.35 break 15'
9.35-10.15 learn 45'
10.15-11.15 sport 60'
11.15-12 learn 45'
12-12.30 eat 30'
12.30-13.30 learn 60'
13.30-13.45 break 15'
13.45-14.45 learn 60'
break 30'
...
go to sleep between 23-24h
