Christina:
My son has discoved he has a more difficult time with Multiple Choice than with T/F and fill in the blank. through questions to experts they have stated that this is common with a dyslexic child. either giving essay answers or verbal answers are acceptable or should be acceptable to a professor. this is something you need to advocate for yourself as you do learn differently than other and you are not to be discriminated against because of your learning difference. You should try to talk to your professor about this and see if he or she will accomodate this type of test response for you. Good Luck.
