Hello Mom, I am 17 yeair old and am taking algibra 1 for the third time. Words can not express my anger in this subject. The problem that most dyslexics experence in this subject is that thay are vishual lerners and do much beter if the math problem is turned into a real one insted of X-Y=Y+2 X=12 for things like X & Y stuff I maed a 3D grid ought of popsigal sticks (It loks kindof like a cube)and maed positive and negative # on all of them. This way I can see the problem and find the solution. Also one sied of the brain identifys #'s the other side colors so color coad the work. draw lots of pictures. Try purchasing a geomitry book often the problems in algibra are used to solve a tangebal situation in geomitry.
