Sad but true Many school systems choose to hire
the: untrained uneducated. In many cases school
systems are not willing to pay well enough to
attract the well trained student or educator.
I am self employed because I am dyslexic and spinal
cord injured. People also discriminate on the basis
of how you look and learn aparently.

As for you Sophia, learn as much as you can.
and you are doing a great job Please continue.
