Hi, I'm 29 yrs old from London (UK) and I'm dyslexia. I'm training to become an actor but I feel my reading is letting me down in a big way. When I know I have to read the scripts outloud with the other person in front of everyone in the class I get this funny feeling in my stomach because I know that I am going to stumble on some of the words which make me feel uncomfortable. We have to read scripts in class all the time and I fine it very difficult to read and take it all in and also try to actor at the same time. It can be really frustrating. Can anyone offer some sound advice.
