One beautiful morn young Song went out for a walk in Mossflower. She sang out, clear and strong, while she was walking. The birds in the air were...*glances up at birds to look at the expressions*... steaming mad!!! They thought she was better then them, but were too proud to admit it. The birds attacked Song swiftly.

Song ducked and weaved, and occaisonally whacked one or two with her loaded sling. She knew she was in trouble, so she used her pretty voice to calm the fierce enemies.
" Oh, look at the sky today,
Sing a rum tum diddly doo,
All the birds are in it to play,
Sing a rum tum diddly dee,
They swoop with grace amongst the others,
Sing a fiddly dum doo fiddly fee,
All of them sisters, fathers and brothers,
Sing a tiddly tum too tiddly tee,
With wings like none, they gracefully fly,
Sing with me, a doo doo dee,
They outline the clear morning sky,
Sing a rum tum, those birds are nice,
So give them sugar, honey and spice!!!"
Song threw up her hands with hotroot and scattered it on the birds. Momentarily blinded, which was all Song needed, Song hopped back to Redwall with only the grace and speed of one her age.

THE END
